“Fuel Station”: refers to fuel stations that provide fueling services through the Platform.
“User”: refers to any individual or company using the Platform’s services, whether they are companies or gas stations.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Syarahapp platform, you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please discontinue using the platform.

3. Nature of the Service
Syarahapp acts as an intermediary between companies and gas stations to facilitate the fuel supply process.
Syarahapp is not directly responsible for the quality or availability of the service provided by gas stations.
Users should check the service details and reliability of the fuel stations before completing the order.
4. Account and Registration
Use of some platform services requires registration with a personal or corporate account.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information and not sharing it with others.
Syarahapp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is used illegally.
5. Use of the Platform
You may not use the Platform for any illegal purposes or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to or tamper with the Platform's systems is prohibited.
Users must use the Platform reasonably and comply with all local and international laws.
6. Fees and Payments

The Company undertakes to pay the amounts due according to the terms specified upon completion of the order.

The platform makes no guarantees regarding the availability of the service or the quality of the fuel provided.
“Syarah app” is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of the platform or service.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform (including logos, texts, and designs) are the exclusive property of “Syarah App” and may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Compensation
The User agrees to indemnify and hold “Syarah app” harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the User’s breach of any of these Terms or as a result of his/her illegal use of the Platform.

10. Termination of Use
"Syarah app" reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if they fail to comply with these Terms or if the Platform is used in a manner that violates the law or the rights of others.

11. Modifications to the Terms
