3. Registration and Account Use
Users (whether companies or fuel stations) must provide accurate and correct information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information (username and password).
The Syarah app platform has the right to suspend or cancel any account in case of violation of terms or unauthorized use.
4. Obligations and Responsibilities
Companies: Companies that own vehicles are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle and fuel request data and the timing of orders.
Fuel Stations: Fuel stations must commit to providing services at the agreed quality and on schedule.
Syarah app Platform: The platform operates solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for any issues related to the quality of service provided by fuel stations or any disputes between companies and stations.
5. Restrictions on Use
It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal purposes or in a way that violates the rights of others.
Unauthorized attempts to access the platform's systems or tamper with its services are forbidden.
Uploading harmful data or posting inappropriate content on the platform is not allowed.
6. Legal Responsibility
The Syarah app platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform or the inability to use it.
Any disputes arising between companies and fuel stations fall outside the responsibility of Syarah app.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Syarah app platform reserves the right to modify or update the Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law
